Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. The levels of stock can change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after the order is placed.
Our policy is for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a full exchange or refund.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
